Refund Policy

To Dispute a charge, please contact us at 1-800-874-8514.  Upon resolution, if a refund is necessary, the refund must be credited back to the account that was originally charged. Refunds in excess of the original sale amount or cash refunds are prohibited.

Twenty-Five dollars are five percent of the amount of the check or electronic payment, whichever is greater, pursuant to R.S. 9:3527
